Shipping policy

To ensure prompt delivery, we’ve partnered with leading courier services who handle your order with care. Shipping within India is free for orders above ₹2000; otherwise, a flat ₹200 fee applies.

• Most deliveries in major Indian cities arrive within 10-15 working days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time.
  
• You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order is shipped.
  
• Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Delays may occur due to weather or strikes.
  
• Cash on Delivery(COD) is not available on our products
  
• In rare cases where delivery is not possible, and payment was made via card, the full amount will be refunded to your account.
