Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Framing & Ready-to-Hang Artwork

Is the framed artwork ready to hang?

Yes. All framed prints and gallery-wrapped canvases are delivered ready to hang, complete with hooks. No assembly is required.

Printing Surfaces & Materials

What do you print on?

You can choose between premium matte paper and artistic matte canvas for any art print.

Image & Size Accuracy

Will the colors and size match what I see on the website?

We ensure the highest image accuracy and size consistency. However, color tones may vary slightly due to screen display differences. Our prints use high-resolution images and are only printed up to the size where quality is guaranteed.

Size variations may occur (up to ±2 inches for larger prints) due to image aspect ratios and printing equipment limitations.

Quality Standards

How is the quality of your artwork?

We deliver only the highest quality art prints and back them with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with the quality, you may return your order.

Placing an Order

How can I place an order?
  • Browse the collection and click on the artwork you like
  • Select a size 
  • Choose paper or canvas
  • Choose a frame
  • Add it to your cart and proceed to checkout
  • Enter billing & shipping details, review your order, and make payment

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept:

  • Net Banking
  • UPI & Wallets
Payment Issue?

If your payment is deducted but you don’t receive confirmation, don’t worry — your order will be processed once verified or the amount will be refunded automatically. Contact us if needed.

Shipping & Delivery

How is artwork packaged?
  • Framed Art:  Foam/bubble wrap, hardboard covers
  • Unframed Art: Rolled with butter paper, packed in a secure tube or packed in mdf board and foam wrapped
Delivery Timeline
  • Art Prints: Shipped in 5–7 days; delivered in 10-14 days

You will receive a tracking link via email. You can also check your order status at:

  • My Orders (if logged in)
  • Find Orders (if not logged in)
Shipping Charges

Shipping is Free.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns
  • Notify us within 5 days of delivery
  • Return shipping is your responsibility
  • Refund issued only after item is received and verified in good condition
  • Damaged items are not eligible for refunds
Exchanges
  • All orders are eligible for one-time exchange
  • Inform us within 5 days of delivery
  • Return shipping cost is yours; we’ll ship the replacement at no charge
Damaged Delivery
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos
  • Eligible for free replacement
  • Claims after 48 hours cannot be accepted
