At Studio Ishneet Mann, each art print is custom-crafted and delivered with care. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction — and we stand behind the quality of our work.
Replacements
In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, has a quality issue, or is incorrectly delivered, you are eligible for a free replacement.
To request a replacement:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the issue as proof.
- Email us at ishneetmann@gmail.com with your order details.
Kindly note: Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
Returns & Refunds
If you're not fully satisfied with the quality of your artwork, we will gladly accept a return and issue a refund.
To be eligible:
- Inform us within 5 days of delivery.
- Ship the artwork back to us in its original condition and packaging.
Important Notes:
- Returns apply only to art prints.
Upon receipt, our team will inspect the returned item. If it is found to be in original condition, a full refund will be processed. If the artwork is damaged or not in original condition, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations
Studio Ishneet Mann believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the Studio Ishneet Mann, it’ll take 9-15 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
